Tim and his team are AMAZING!!! We got bids from 5 different painting companies, and without being pushy, he was hands down, the most communicative and really kind in offering to help us in any way possible to make this project work. He was super professional and got us a bid right away with great follow up! As soon as I gave him the green light to begin the project, his guys came out the following day to start pressure washing the house. When it came down to choosing a color, we were torn between 4 different ones. We didn't even have to ask, when right away, Tim had his guys get the 4 samples painted on the house so we could see which one we liked! After we picked the color we wanted to go with, they got started right away. The team was great and fast! Tim was great at communicating to us what days they would be at the property, and was constantly making sure we were pleased with the progress along the way. All together it took about 3 full days worth to complete the house. They did the entire exterior (2 story, 1900 sq ft), trim, gutters, front planter, and front porch fence. When Tim came through to do the final walk through, he corrected a couple extremely minor things that his guys missed, very kindly, with absolutely no questions all! SO GLAD we trusted the reviews on Yelp when we hired this company!! Like another review said, Tim definitely does everything in his power to make sure you are consistently satisfied with their work, and he and his team are passionate about wanting to do a great job! Hands down, BEST PAINTING COMPANY we've worked with, and we'd HIGHLY recommend Personal Impressions to anyone!!

These guys are top notch. They just painted my entire house and I could not be happier. I never write reviews and I'm picky AF and a perfectionist to the core. Tim and Pedro and the crew nailed every little detail. Always on time. I could set my watch by them. Kept a super clean job site even their truck was immaculate and super organized. Also they are good people. I trusted them and was happy to have them around my family and stuff. That is super important. (And unfortunately super rare) Great communication. Totally remembered stuff I would say casually and I never had to ask again; they just handled it. Seriously 100% wholeheartedly recommend them. We had a whole interior house to paint including cabinets, and had a mold remediation, sheet rocking, and flooring contractors in and out. Tim was very flexible and understanding regarding scheduling. He did a full walk through to get the details correct regarding our finish preferences and colors. He was very personable and quick to attend to any issues. We changed a few things along the way and he was happy to accommodate. Like with anything there were a few snags such as some cabinets getting painted that shouldn't have been, or a couple of rooms being painted the wrong color, or punch list items being forgotten. Most issues Tim was quick to fix even when he didn't seem happy about it, but he honored our agreement and even threw in painting our mailbox! I would absolutely recommend this company. Tim's team is great, it was a huge job in a short amount of time and we were grateful for everyone on the team that worked together to get us in the home asap.

Since moving here in late 2019, we had planned on having the exterior trim painted as it was very weathered. Stucco areas were OK, but the trim, not so much. I had a quote in hand from a contractor we knew, thought it might be high so I started looking at other options. Tried to get multiple quotes from local Gilroy painters, only Tim responded and he also did excellent follow-up. Work was done very professionally; they spent a great deal of time pressure washing the trim and also cleaned the stucco exterior walls as well! Prep work done correctly is clearly very time consuming and Tim's crew was very careful to mask off and protect the areas not being painted. I think they must have used a ton of caulking as there were weathering and expansion cracks and gaps to be filled in the wood everywhere. Work was completed on 11/5/2021, looks incredible ! I would highly recommend Tim and crew for any painting needs you may have.
